Monograms will ship your order in 7-9 days. Rush service is available upon request. We ship to anywhere in the continental United States and Canada. Our shipping carriers offer online tracking.
Return Policy
Monograms is proud to stand behind our products and our embroidery. Monograms products are custom ordered and custom embroidered, and therefore,cannot be returned for refund. However, if you are ever unhappy with the quality of any product, for any reason, we will make it right.
Refund Request Policy
All request for refunds must be sent by email. You may send your refund request to Refunds@Monogramsinc.com Please include your order number, the items you ordered and why you are requesting a refund.
